Hi, I probably should know how to fix this by now, but I couldn't find a document pointing how to turn on (if ever needs to), in CUCM (6.1.4-2000) to get QoS data like jitter, delay, etc... to be recorded into CDR/CMR. My cluster only gets null and NA values for these. Does any know how to fix this please?

Thanks.

Go to the system service parameters for the call manager service. Look for a parameter called "Call Diagnostics Enabled" and modify accordingly. You will need to modify this parameter on each call processing node/server individually. Parameter takes effect immediately.
