hello,

my cisco unified personal communicator verson 8 doesnt work with windows 7.

I tested the same configuration with XP and works fine.

Any ideas?.

Hi,

Are you trying to use video? If that's the case, refer to the note below:

"On 64-bit editions of Windows 7, you cannot use video when you  have Cisco Unified Personal Communicator set to use your desk phone for  phone calls"
