QoS on 2960 with lite image

Hello

Does anyone have a example of a QoS configuration for Catalyst 2960 with lite image? The switch have to trust to the DSCP and COS values in the frame.

Could I configure QoS per port, like port 1 with 5Mbps, port 2 with 1Mbps?
