Purging all data in LMS 2.6

is it possible to erase all database entries and start from scratch or

should I do a re-install of my existing LMS 2.6 and start fresh.

I started without a clear idea of what I was going to do and now I have a clear idea

but a system that is in a bit of a mess

Yes, check out the dbRestoreOrig utility described at the URL below.

For example, to reset RME data to the default: /opt/CSCOpx/bin/perl /opt/CSCOpx/bin/dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=rmeng dmprefix=RME

However, I'd certainly entertain the option of reinstalling LMS 2.6 as well.

That actually did the job quite well, some bits I had to go in adjust later

but the system is in a better state then previously
