SPA 504G Not showing up in the

We have 4 SPA 504Gs on our network of 1qty SPA9000 / 1qty SPA400 and they are not showing up when when we do the Auto Config with the Wizard. We also have WIP310 that show up just fine. I have the SPA 504G working but had to configure them manually. I would just like to know why they are not showing up in the Configuration Wizard.

I have this problem too.

Hi,

Are the phones running the latest firmware? (7.4.6) Also do you have the latest Wizard version (beta)? See:
