Hi
I connected two c877 routers between two site and successfully open IPSEC VPN tunnel. Default VLAN 1 is cossing over VPN. Is it any possible to cross another VLAN over VPN?

Yes, that is definitely possible.
It all depends on what subnets you configure on your crypto ACL. Also, please make sure that you have mirror image ACL for the configured crypto ACL.
