Is there any cost implication for support of SSH feature via upgrade of IOS to K9?

Dear Sir,

My customer purchased Cat 3750 with IPS software feature set. However, the IP Services software doesn't come with SSH feature. To get that feature, software needs to upgrade to IPServices K9.

From what I read on CCO, I dont think there is cost implication, can anyone confirm this?

As I also checked the Cisco pricelist, there is no mention of k9 for IPS.

Please advise. Thanks.

Hello,

K9 image access is controlled by export compliance rules. You need to work

through your reseller/Cisco contact person to get access to it. Other than

that, there should not be any issue in getting the K9 images.
