SPA2102 : Fax no answer incoming call

Hello,

I configure an SPA2102 for a fax (HP 2840 Multifonction Printer).

I upgrade SPA2102 to 5.2.10 firmware

When I send Fax, all is ok

But when I want receive a fax, the fax machine doesn't answer (no ring). I connect an analog phone after the Fax for test, and it correctly ring...

Does anyone can help me...

Hello,

I finish to find the answer by myself : I change the value of the "Ring Frequency" parameter (20 by default) to 35. And now It work fine.

On the SPA2102 : Voice / Regional / Ring and Call Waiting Tone Spec / Ring Frequency

We have a similar problem with the spa2102 but it appears the fax answers but during the receive it fails with a communication error. We can send faxes no problem we can't receive.
