hi steven,

i sorted out the issue

i removed one command from ephone-dn that is park-slot timeout 60 limit 3

then its works fine .

finally i am having only one  issue 500s with spa525 ( iam using uc520,ver:12.4(20)T2)

and phone firmware is 7.4.6  but still it is not working and in the ephone i am not getting addon option in spa525g.

I am having a difficult time deciphering what your issue is from your problem description.

Can you be more clear in what issue you are experiencing with a 525 phone registering to the UC520?
