I am about to be installing a UC540 with IMAP and Smart Call Connector. I have had several installs in the past not go to well. I am asking for general best practice guidance.
The Install will consists of UC540, CCA 2.2.5, 8.0.4 PAK,Smart Call Connector, AP541N and I plan on Following the OOB practices paper.
Some of the questions I have:
Does Smart Call Connector support the Wireless 7921?
What is Cisco's position on CUE and CCME GUIs, are the CUE and CCME GUI going to be supported moving forward?
Are they to be replaced by the Small Business Office Manager?
Does CCA 2.2.5 have a wizard to support the installations of a Cisco AP541N?

As far as I know... CallConnector type softwares must run behind a wired phone..

Review release notes for SCC carefully and fully.
Case in point that I recall...
Dont exceed 15 charachters for usernames for phone users as SCC will not work with it.
