Any word on what is going to replace ARC Express. We need to move our attendent console master database to a replacement system and ARC's solution is to rekey everything. This is not a practical solution.

Hi!

You can check out the Unified CallConnector.

"Cisco Unified CallConnector for Microsoft Windows,  especially designed for the small and medium-sized business (SMB) or  branch-office user, is supported by Cisco Unified Communications Manager  Express 4.0 and later."

We have CallCOnnector but it is not n Attendant Console, and we have not been able to get it to work with Windows 7 64-bit.

Hi,

The Callconnector has Operator Console, I believe it is now called Smart CallConnector.
The latest version was tested with Windows 7, the problem is that 64 bit version won't work
as the CME TSP supports only 32-bit OSs.

Any idea when there will be a 64-bit version? We have standardized on Windows 7 64-bit and Office 2010.

I found it will be available on CUCM 8.5 2010 Q4

Let me check internally and give you an answer for the Smart CallConnector and TSP support for Windows 7 64 bits. I'll let u know.

Hi,

You can refer to this doc:

https://www.myciscocommunity.com/docs/DOC-14094

At the end it mentions:

"A bit confusion on this thread, the  question does UC500 support 8.0, yes for SCC.

Does SCC support  UCME 8.0 on ISR, then no, this is not released as of yet."

However this not was posted on June. I believe it is supported now, but you can double check with Product Management directly.

Refer to the link above for further details.
