dropping analog transfer calls

When attempting to transfer calls from an analog they seem to drop the caller at times

it can work for a week and then they get a series of dropped calls

Is this still a issue for you?

If so, what type on analog port is this, FXO? FXS?

Is it on a GW to CUCM or is it a CME?
