IPCC--agent hold time reporting

Hi,

Like in IPCC express- agent,  whenever the agent held the phone for a time period, can we take out any logs or report for that particular time (hold time of agent)

I believe you are looking for the Agent Call Summary report. The Historical Reports User Guide includes descriptions of each individual report.
