9971 IP phone video with CUPC 8

Hey guys,

I'm having problems trying to figure out how to get video to work with a 9971 and CUPC 8. The 9971 of course has a USB slot that the camera goes into but I'm not sure how to get this set up with CUPC 8 as CUPC does not see the camera since the camera is attached to the phone and not the computer.

Anyone have this working?

On a side note, I do have a VT camera working just fine along with my 7970 with CUPC 8.

The USB camera on the 9900 series phones is not used with CUPC for desktop video. Video is displayed on the phone's display. You can still perform CTI control over the phone but video appears directly on the phone.
