I've been struggling with this for a couple weeks now and hope that someone can give me a definitive answer, or at least lead me to one. I'm new to Cisco and video conferencing, so this is a bit of a learning experience for me.
I need to allow a newly installed Polycom HDX 7000 to work properly behind a ASA 5510 running ASA version 7.0(8). I've been running into intermittent issues like video dropping, but audio staying in a call; no ability for multipoint calls; and ghosting while in a call.
I've attached the results from "show config".
The internal IP of the Polycom unit is 192.168.0.225. It's using the following fixed ports: TCP: 3230 - 3243; UDP: 3230 - 3285
Again, any help is appreciated.
