Are usability testing or assessment reports available?

A customer of ours (U.S. Civil Government Agency) has requested we provide usabilty assessments of COTS software that we are planning to provide to them. Do any reports of usability testing or assessments exist anywhere on the Cisco website or can they be obtained?

The 2 products we are interested in are Cisco VPN and Cisco Works.

Not really anything of this sort publicly available.  You should approach your account team to see if they can narrow down what information you are looking for and provide it to you (some of it may be subject to an NDA).
