Hello,
We have a CUPS 8.0(3) one server cluster that we have installed. I am unable to start the Cisco UP XCP XMPP Federation Connection Manager. It says started successfully and then it just stops. I have Federation turned on and have No TLS set to make sure certificates aren't the problem. Every other possible service on the box is running with no problem. I have a TAC case open but it's been open for almost a month and it seems like we've made no progress so I figured I would try here to see if anyone else is seeing this problem. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,

I'm having the exact same issue. Were you able to get this resolved with TAC?
Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian,
I did contact TAC and unfortunately, the only way I was able to resolve it was I had to rebuild the entire server from scratch.

I upgraded to 8.0(4) last night and now the service started just fine.
