The configuration on the ASA doesn't look too correct, in terms of routing, etc.
Which interfaces and subnets are you trying to encrypt the traffic to and from?
The crypto ACL subnet to and from, and the routing plus which interface the interesting traffic is from seems to be incorrect.
Do you have a topology diagram and also the ISR config?
