CRS Eng and Administration

Dear all

I star installing my CRS Server , but the CRS Eng and Administration are always down

It I restar , its came back to dows after few minutes

Can some one help with thid issues ?

Hi

Post up your latest MIVR and MCVD logs from c:\program files\wfavvid\log if it's v7.0, or retrieve them from the server using 'file get' or RTMT if it's v8.0.

Usually this is a problem on the Windows version of the app caused by changing the IP address or hostname of the server AFTER installing the UCCX application from CD. Some config files have the old IP/hostname in.

Easiest fix is to rebuild, and use the correct IP/hostname first time and don't change it.

If you don't think you've changed those details, post up the logs and someone will take a look.
