Can't call Analog Sets

All,

I have configured the UC540 FXS with 2 user and 2 fax type extensions.

All the FXS ports can call the IP Sets.

However whenever an IP Set or Analog set tries to call an Analog set I just get a busy tone.

Nothing can call my analog sets.

I'm guessing I'm missing something in the config.

I'd appreciate any pointers.

Hi Chris,

Did you use TSW (Telephpony Setup Wizard) to configure FXS analog stations?

Did you configure them as User Mode?

What extensions did you assign them?

Ok, now check to see that there is one, and only one ephone-dn for each user mode analog phone.

If you have more that one, we need to remove one.
