I have a problem with voice quality, the problem began 3 days ago.
if user of CME calls to PSTN , PSTN party listen CME's user voice choppy
I have already checked CME , the only thing that keep my attention was the info
displayed by the following command

I would look to see the state of the processor and memory on box:
show process cpu history
show process mem history
See if either one is reaching 100%
Is there a local PRI connected for inbound and outbound calls, or they using FXO? See if there are any physical layer problems.
And for an active call do: show call active voice brief -- Look at the delay and if you are losing any packets. Here is an example:
