Problems with CME 7.1 B-ACD

Hi ,

I have configured B-ACD on CME 7.1, I attach the sh run file with debug file.

When I dial 800 from any ip phone I expect to listen welcome prompt (already loaded on flash memory also app-b-acd-3.0.0.2.tcl and app-b-acd-aa-3.0.0.2.tcl files) but call is dropped.

I do not understand why?

is something wrong or left on my config?

I think I have an idea for you to try please

I didn't see a dial-peer towards the hunt group pilot from the BACD script.

Would you mind adding a voip dial-peer with a destination pattern matching the hunt group pilot and sssion target of your local CME?

It would look something like the config below with a proper IP address in the session target line.

dial-peer voice 12 voip
desc BACD calls CME using pilot
service aa
destination-pattern 1002
session target ipv4:
incoming called-number 5555
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
codec g711ulaw
no vad
