CALL MANAGER CDR REPORTING ISSUES

Hi Experts i am trying to check my Globalization and localization of numbers for phones remote to me from the CDR reporting , but i am getting  an error, i have set this Service parameters to TRUE

CDR ENABLE FLAG

CDR LOG CALLS WITH ZERO DURATION

Here is the error i get, error 10021

Please i need help on this.
