VWIC-1MFT-G703= not working with framerealy encaplsulation

Dear all

Cisco 1841 router with VWIC-1MFT-G703 card , old cards getting error , so we planned replace new VWIC-1MFT-G703 , its detecting but line protocol was down , than we changed another cards also same status ,

Physical loop given ( PIn out 1 and 4 2 and 5 ) , both cards show line protocol up ( looped)

Please suggest any modification required in configuration side , Slot 0 ( OLD card ) Slot 1 - New Card

Hi Siva,

Have you tried in another slot?

It does not look like hardware issue.

Hi,

we tried three new card same status , 3 card are view in show diag command , but line protocol down , same slot Old is working with errors.

Physical loop -- > it Line Protocol UP ,, ( after remove the Frame-relay encapsulation ) ,
