Solved: Does a CISCO2811-SRST/K9 come with a firewall

Hi All,

I have an CISCO2811-SRST/K9 ordered , but will need to know if it has a firewall with this bundle.

I will need to setup a VPN from this device to a head office and runn a Call Manager SIP trunk over the VPN.

Hi,

This is just a voice bundle and you will get basic Cisco IOS security feature set.

You need to opt for C2811-VSEC/K9 if you want both voice and security.

I think I am going to need the following IOS for this implementation.

By the way, what do you get with the standard security features on the other version of IOS please?
