Dears,
i have VIC2-2FXS installed on C2801.
the first port is not working.
the second is not working.i replaced the VIC but problem still exsists.
ext,2628 works / ext,2627 not work.
attached debug output.

How many wires are used in the cable that goes from port 1 to telephone? Please make sure that only two are present.

If you switch the device in the first port to the second port do you get the same result?

Yes, also i configured another extension such as 2629 but also the same problem exsists.

Is this gateway a H.323 or a MGCP gateway? If it is MGCP verify that the port registers and that it is a MGCP end point "show mgcp endpoint".
