Dear All :
i have a problem with access server gateway with call manager ver. 7.0.2 , suddenly the ip phones can't do outgoing call and also the PRI can't recieve calls on it, i make work arround by changing the ip address of the gateway it worked and ip phones do calls and PRI can recieve calls .
can you advice me please , and the is no security between the call manager and the access server gateway .
and the trace if the logs in time if the problem in the attachment it telles that in time of problem the voice gateway is shutting down .
advice me back please , it is urgent
