UCAD course out of date, does it matter?

Unanswered Question

Hello. I'm looking to take a design type course for a roll-out of CUCM 7 we're about to do. The UCAD course from Global Knowledge looks perfect, but seems to be based on version 6. Given that a lot of the course seems to focus more on the back-end stuff, will this matter? I see they've got a new version coming out, but dates and locations are not available, and I'm kinda in a hurry. Here is the course;

Advice?

I have this problem too.

Hi there,

This looks like an excellent course and I know that Global Knowledge

has a fine reputation This content of this course, and the focus on

CUCM 6.x vs 7.x should not be a deal breaker in my opinion. If you can

deisgn and install 6.x you should be good to go for 7.x as they are

the same Linux appliance model with some feature variations.

Cheers! And best of luck.

Thanks for the advice Rob, hopefully the Flames logo in your profile doesn't diminish your credibility? , just kidding. Have a great day, and thanks again.
