Solved: What is the reset sequence on a 7961?

What is the reset sequence on a 7961? This is for just a reset, not a reset to factory defaults, just reset the phone? Thanks.

Assuming SCCP/Skinny load on the 7961, would suggest to go to Network Config via phone menu

first and then try entering **#**

Thanks Rob, I did that sequence but it just doesn't reset the phone. There may be something else going on then.

Yes, that did it. I went to the Network Configuration and did the sequence, it reset. Thanks.

Setting > **#** works, you just need to press the digits quickly
