I have a printer on port 7/25.
7 48 48-port 10/100/1000 RJ45 EtherModule WS-X6148A-GE-45AF SAD091000F0
working together with supervisor
5 9 Supervisor Engine 32 8GE (Active) WS-SUP32-GE-3B SAL1204DWQJ
I have got the error above :

Hello Rosa,
I can only say that the test results confirm the port is considered not working correctly.
However, try to connect to the port a different device or even to leave the port unplugged and remake the test.

You were rigth from the begining.
I have done those other tests you have suggested and got the same result: null.

Based on the above, the error is telling us that a loopback packet went
missing somewhere in the path from supervisor to line card port
asic and back.
