content switch hanging

Dear all,

i have a content switch CSS11501.

The problem happened at 13 AUG from 5:45 AM and solved at 7:11 AM after the restart.

Only the management IPs were pingable other interfaces were not pingable.

The Content was not seen using CDP.

There is nothing in the log indicating an issue.

But your image is quite old, so you can search the release-notes and see if there are any similar issue that has been fixed.

I know 3 hang condtions.

CSCek35783 , CSCek37183 , CSCek40630.

You should probably upgrade to the latest version.
