CUCM 7.1.3 was in hang condition

Hi,

We are having CUCM 7.1.3 cluster with 1 pub and 2 sub. Yesterday we faced a problem that Sub-1 was in hang state.

After restart of the sub 1 it started working fine. Attached system logs for same.

As per logs sub 1 hanged around 12:45 PM and we have restarted it on 13:56 PM.

We have googled with the given error in systme logs and it seems to be some bios or linux related issue but not getting any clear idea about this.

Kindly help in this regards.

Hello,

Can you kindly provide additional information as things are not that clear to us.

Can you provide:

- SYSLog

- ApplicationLog

- Check if any core-dumps are generated via cli "utils core active list".

- What do you mean by "hang"; was the phone services down/slow was the server unresponsive to ping or not accesible ?

- Exact CUCM version ?
