Attendent Console Alternatives for CUCM 7.1

We are currently in CCM 4.1, planning an upgrade to version 7.1 very soon. At the moment we use the Attendent Console that came with CCM

4.1, and is suitable for our needs (500 phones).

However, it appears that Cisco have abandoned Attendent Console support going forward and are recommening using software from ARC solutions.

But it is very pricey, especially, considering my requirments are relatively simple and was previuosly free!!

Can anyone suggest any other alternatives for the same functionality that has been used and is recommendable?

Actually if you upgrade via DMA and you already have AC working right now we still support the legacy AC. DMA will take care of setting the proper flags so you can keep using AC.

Only on new install for  7.X is that we do not support it anymore.

And we definitely drop legacy AC in 8.X and only CUxAC are available.
