Can I disable a unity express 3.1 mailbox from accepting greetings

Hi,

I have a requirement to have a voice mail box play a recorded greeting, but not accept any recorded messages. The call should simply terminate after played the recorded greeting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not in CUE ver. 3.1 but you can try creating a general 'ccn application'
which can play out such prompts. You will need the user's  ephone-dns to CFNA to that application.

Ver 8.x has announcement only mbox capability I believe.
