Hello,
I have configured voice mail number 1900,and auto attendant number 1903.
I am using the script editor to add a new script for the auto attendant.
So, press 1 for secretary, press 2 for logistics, press 3 to leave a message.
But when somebody calls, and press 3 it hears that there is no mailbox associated with this extension.
In the script in the 3 I assign the voice mail number which is the 1900.
Am I doing something wrong?

Call is most likely being directed to 1900 when hitting Option 3 within the AA but
remember 1900 is the VM Pilot.
Ques is which subscriber's mbox u want the call to go to ?
Usually its a general delivery mbox where we send it in such cases. You want to
xfer the call to the subscriber/GDM DN and not to VM pilot.
