Hi All,
I am having an issue with the auto-attendant configs on unity 8 with call manager 7.
I have created the CTI RP with DN 71999 and CFA to vm checked.
The call handler opening greeting has the extension of the dn.
Everytime i dialled i am getting a fast busy.
Any ideas? What about CSS and partitions?

Do you have a valid VM profile?
Are ports registered?
CSS and partitions are always good places to check.

Hi
I didnt choose the vm profile for the dn?
However can you explain why this is needed since the CSS had the pilot partition?

Because the VM profile is the one that instructs which DN to dial for VM.
