Cisco Mobile 8 fail register on CUCM 7.1.3

Hello, Im trying to register an iphone version 4.0.1 with Cisco Mobile 8 to CUCM 7.1.3 but I cant.

I followed the Administration Guide, uploading the both .cop files, and associated the device to end user like the guide says.

The error is the following: Failed to register with the supplied information.

The devide ID begin with TCT but I couldnt.

I couldnt register the device also when I configure the ID TCT, the device id for example is TCTTEST.

I also have the same issue "could not connect to the server".
