We have currently installed IP Phones ( 6921) inside the Firewall (FWSM) for one of the project. All communications between the Phones and those registered outside are working absolutely fine. Now we are having issues when the user (using the phone registered inside the Firewall) calls an internal helpdesk, he is unable to hear the IVR message. We have opened all the ports in the firewall for both CUCM and IPCCX. Request your help ???
