video conference call has problem when over 384k?

hi

I have above problem with cat3750 switch?

configuration is :

interface FastEthernet1/0/1

switchport access vlan 100

swtchport mode access

srr-queue bandwidth shre 10 10 60 20

priority-queue out

mls qos trust dscp

auto qos voip trust

spqnning-tree portfast

spanning-tree bpduguard enable

the speed lower than 384k seems ok.

Could anyone advice me if the queueing will cause such problem? if not, in network side, is anything else can couse this problem?

Hi julxu,

Disable 'mls qos', and see if the video conference still has the problem. If it still has probelm, then it is not problem on queueing setting.

in the doc it shows what it configures when you apply that specific command ,it also applies video with af41 you can see exactly what way too so it does cover video in multi conf queue

test it on a port , it will roll it out globally and only apply it to that port , if your not happy with it you can easily remove it and try something like trust dscp which will cover anything that's marking at its source and queue it

Just so you know this is how you see its carrying marking before even applying qos
