SpamReboot counter

Can anyone tell me what a SpamReboot counter is actually counting?  I am seeing this in the tech-support output from an air-ap1220 running 12.4(10b)JDD, and the ap is constantly associating and disaccosiating from its controller.  LWAPP uptime is never more than a couple of minutes, although AP uptime is significantly longer.  Any help or insight is greatly appreciated...

SpamReboots means unwanted reboot of  device which is initiated by due to some bug. Number of times you AP rebooted due to any bug it is incremented by one.
