Audio only and no video between two CTS systems

I have a CTS3000 and a CTS1000. The call between these two systems is established as an audio only call, unless I configure the CTS systems to auto answer the calls. Speakerphone is disabled on both IP Phones. Any ideas why this happens?

Hi Evi,

That looks a config issue

Since it is SHARED line, for 2 CTS system you will have only 2 Directory numbers, Auto Answer in your case, should be OFF in all (1 DN, shared b/w IP Phone and CTS).

In CTS Device web page select: CTS Auto AnswerRequired Field follow DN settings

How are you answering the call? using Midlet or using IP Phone?
