Cisco IP Phone 7940

Hi


I have a few IP phones 7940.  which are connected to a Netgear LAN switch FS116P  for the POE.


Yet the phone will have no power going through them. I was advised all I would need is the FS116P to allow the IP phones to work.. This has not happened, -


Have I done something wrong or am I missing something?
