I was wondering if there was anyway to program all 10 of the side buttons on the 8961 so that you can use all 10 for lines, and features like meet me etc.
I think you mean the 8961, but the answer is no only the left side buttons called the feature keys can be programmed for meet-me, DND, and lines. The right side keys are session keys and they are not programmable.
