UC540 Auto-Attendant stopped forwarding to General Delivery Mailbox

I have a UC540 that has been in service for 6 months and functioning fine. The auto attendant was configured to have a Call Blast Group when you pressed 0, that forwarded to voice mial on a no answer.  This was working fine and then it suddenly stopped forwarding to the GD mailbox on a no answer and jsut dropped the call.  I've tried disabling and enabling the GDM and also deleted and recreated the Call Blast group, nothing works.  The only thing that I can do is forward to a voice when zero is pressed.  I like to have the Call blast functioning.
