Hello,

I have installed a new network all with 3750 switches. Everything is going well

except that some ports on some switches are going down and straight back up.

I'm using the Cisco Assistant to monitor the network and send me all the events.

This is how the event look 's like; Are these serious events / errors or can I just ignore them ?

Hello,

Please check speed/duplex settings on this local switch and on the remote device. Sometimes this ethernet interface flaps are created due an abnormal amount of broadcast traffic on them.

Regards.
