You can create a custom url category and configure for block.

1. Go to Web Security Manager > Custom URL Category and create a new category labeled 'blockthis'
2. Add the url entries to the Sites field
3. Go to Web Security Manager > Access Policies and create a new policy.
4. Choose an Identity to apply to the new policy or select the 'blockthis' custom URL category as a membership criteria.
5. Edit the URL Categories for the new policy and set the action for the blockthis custom URL category to block.
6. Submit and commit the changes.
