My Cisco vpn client drops intermittently. It happens even on different Internet providers, cable or dsl.
I'm thinking it must be a setting in my computer. No other users are complaining about the same issue.
We have a ASA 5520.
Any help would be appreciated.

What version of the VPN client are you running? Are you running any windows firewall and are you running IPSec over TCP or UDP?
Any additional information you can provide on this would help us to help you.
Thanks,
Kimberly
