Hi all,


Is the following possible when using nIPTA

a) universal queueing?

b) able to set interruptibility option?

c) UCCE knows about the agent status (handling emails/chats)?

d) supervisors (thru CSD / CTIOS) are able to monitor these agents?

I'm not sold on the non-IPTA thing.


They taught this on the eGain course I went to in Mountain View, and I configured it in my lab and made it work. But it made little sense to me and I don't use it in any production deployments.


I think the answers to your questions are no, no, no, and no.
