The former CallConnector client (65 USD per user) allowed users to get a pop-up with the caller's name provided that the incoming calling number was listed in the user's Outlook contacts.

Does any of the new clients (either the free or advanced versions) still support this? From the documentation I can see that the advanced version supports directory integration. Would this mean that we can for example use an external directory and pop-up customer contact details upon incoming calls based on the calling number?

If so, is there any documentation, user guide, sample configuration on such a scenario?
