LMS 3.2 : Job Browser : OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Hi,

Customer has an error message when he tries to Job Browser https://@IP/cwhp/JobBrowser.do see file memory_error.docx

So, we have increased the allowed heap size by editing /opt/CSCOpx/MDc/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/classes/com/cisco/nm/rmeng/cli/framework/heap.properties. We increased VM_HEAP_MAX from 512 to 1024.

It has worked once : more than 200 pages with 500 lines !!! Many jobs come from HUM see JobBrowser.xls

He tries a second time, but it failed.

I asked him to reboot, stop HUM process. I would like to know how can I delete all thoses jobs, by cli rathan than gui is it possible ?

You will not be able to remove these jobs from the CLI. If you can select a filter in the job browser so that all you get are the HUM jobs. Then select the checkbox at the top of the list to select all jobs, then delete them. If that does not work, TAC can help you purge them from the CMF database directly.
